   Assesment Rubric  about Debate  1.  “ This house would not use National Examination for graduation standard.” •  Opening Government  1 (Michael) It is better to see the average score from elementary school until highschool. •  Opening Opposition 1 (Martin) There is no National Examination, we will know our ability.
